  • It's a beta. Stuff can change or break.
  • Your crew writes drafts. You check them and you're the one who says OK.
  • XP, levels and badges only count how you use the app. They don't measure or promise sales or profit.
  • Your stuff stays yours.
  • Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Gems and gear are just for fun, with no cash value.
  • Texts follow our SMS Terms. Data follows our Privacy Policy.
  • Be cool: no spam, no scams, no hacking.

These terms govern use of Agent Quest (the website at agentquest.app, the web and mobile app, and the beta), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Agent Quest," "we"). By using Agent Quest, you agree to these terms. How we handle information is covered in our Privacy Policy, and text messages in our SMS Terms. If anything here conflicts with those documents about data or texts, they control.

1. Beta

During the beta, Agent Quest may change, break or become unavailable. Features and prices may change before launch.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and use Agent Quest for business purposes. You're responsible for your account, your password and activity on it.

3. AI agents produce drafts

Agent output is AI-generated draft material and may contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing and approving everything before you use or send it: prices, figures, dates, copy, documents and any legal or industry requirements. Agent Quest doesn't replace licensed professionals (for example attorneys, accountants, engineers or inspectors).

3a. Levels, quests and achievements

Experience (XP), levels, quests and achievements reflect only how you use your agents inside Agent Quest (tasks completed, reviews passed, processes run, gear and streaks). They don't measure or guarantee sales, profits or business results.

3b. Industry packs

Agent Quest serves different types of businesses. Industry packs (for example, Construction) are optional and may change or be discontinued.

4. Your content

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload what you upload, including any information about your team or subs that you add.

4a. Texts and connected email

Text messages sent through Agent Quest follow our SMS Terms. If your company texts its team or subs through Agent Quest, you must get their consent as those terms describe. If you connect a Google or Microsoft email account, Agent Quest uses it only to send the emails you or your company set up, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple, Google or [web processor] account settings. Charges and refunds follow the rules of the store where you bought. [Detail plans, trial and renewal terms per Apple/Google guidelines.]

6. Virtual items

Gems, gold, agent and Commander gear, and other virtual items have no cash value, are non-refundable except where the law requires, and can't be exchanged for money. They're cosmetic and don't change work outcomes. [Review odds, spending caps and rules for random items.]

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Agent Quest for illegal activity, spam, misleading customers, suppliers or partners, or to try to harm or access the service without permission.

8. Intellectual property

Agent Quest, its characters, art and software belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

9. No warranties

Agent Quest is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] isn't liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of Agent Quest. [Set a liability cap.]

Estos términos rigen el uso de Agent Quest (el sitio agentquest.app, la app web y móvil, y la beta), operado por [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Agent Quest", "nosotros"). 1. Beta

Durante la beta, Agent Quest puede cambiar, fallar o dejar de estar disponible. Las funciones y los precios pueden cambiar antes del lanzamiento.

2. Tu cuenta

Debes ser mayor de 18 años y usar Agent Quest para fines de negocio. Eres responsable de tu cuenta, tu contraseña y la actividad en ella.

3. Los agentes de IA preparan borradores

Los resultados de los agentes son borradores generados por inteligencia artificial y pueden contener errores. Tú eres responsable de revisar y aprobar todo antes de usarlo o enviarlo: precios, cifras, fechas, textos, documentos y cualquier requisito legal o de tu industria. Agent Quest no sustituye a profesionales con licencia (por ejemplo, abogados, contadores, ingenieros o inspectores).

3a. Niveles, misiones y logros

La experiencia (XP), los niveles, las misiones y los logros reflejan solo el uso de tus agentes dentro de Agent Quest (tareas completadas, revisiones aprobadas, procesos ejecutados, equipo y rachas). No miden ni garantizan ventas, ganancias ni resultados de tu negocio.

3b. Paquetes de industria

Agent Quest sirve para distintos tipos de negocio. Los paquetes de industria (por ejemplo, Construcción) son opcionales y pueden cambiar o dejar de ofrecerse.

4. Tu contenido

Lo que subes sigue siendo tuyo. Nos das permiso para usarlo solo para darte el Servicio y mejorarlo, como explica la Política de Privacidad. Debes tener derecho a subir lo que subas, incluida la información de tu equipo o tus subs que agregues.

4a. Textos y correo conectado

Los textos que se mandan por Agent Quest siguen los Términos de SMS. Si tu empresa les manda textos a su equipo o a sus subs por Agent Quest, tienes que tener su consentimiento como dicen esos términos. Si conectas un correo de Google o Microsoft, Agent Quest solo lo usa para enviar los correos que tú o tu empresa configuren, como explica la Política de Privacidad.

5. Suscripciones y compras

Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente hasta que las canceles en la configuración de tu cuenta de Apple, Google o [procesador web]. Los cobros y reembolsos siguen las reglas de la tienda donde compraste. [Detallar planes, periodo de prueba y renovación según las guías de Apple/Google.]

6. Artículos virtuales

Gemas, oro, equipo de agentes y del Comandante, y otros artículos virtuales no tienen valor en efectivo, no son reembolsables salvo donde la ley lo exija y no se pueden canjear por dinero. 7. Uso aceptable

No uses Agent Quest para actividades ilegales, enviar spam, engañar a clientes, proveedores o socios, ni para intentar dañar o acceder sin permiso al servicio.

Agent Quest, sus personajes, arte y software pertenecen a [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

9. Sin garantías

Agent Quest se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la medida que lo permita la ley.

10. Limitación de responsabilidad
